Return policy
We understand that situations can change and that sometimes you may need to return your order. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return policy: You can return your products within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging, manuals and accessories.
How to return a product:
- Contact us - Within 30 days of receiving the goods, contact our customer service team by email at info@acecare.se. Include your full name, email address, order number and a brief description of why you want to return the product and what condition it is in.
- Get instructions - Our customer service team will respond to your request. If the return meets our return conditions, you will receive further instructions on how and where to return the products. Please note that we only accept and refund products sent to the return address we provide. Please do not send the products to our office address or the original sender's address.
- Pack securely - Pack the product securely and include your order information (name, surname and order number ) in the package. Send the product to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Track the shipment - Send us the tracking number of the package and your specific return link. Return costs are not reimbursed and we can only accept returns with a tracking number. Therefore, please send by registered mail or other traceable delivery method.
- Refund - Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days. It may take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
